2. Set an unique shipping mark for customer's shipment
Each customer has an unique shipping mark for the purpose of shipment conducting. the only way we recognize customer’s cargo by knowing its shipping mark which written down or stick on outside packages (shipping mark also called entrance number to a warehouse) . we also question our customers, how do we know what goods belong a relevant customer? its a shipping mark labeled or written or stuck on goods outside packages. so do let shippers comment shipping mark is paramount important. learn what is the shipping mark
3. Send goods to our warehouse
①:If send a FCL container from a shipper’s address in China to oversea consignee door, don’t need send goods to our warehouse to gather cargos.(factory to door )
②:If purchase goods from different place in China and wanted to gather many in a one FCL container should let all shippers send goods to our warehouse (warehouse to door)
③:LCL consolidation door to door sea shipping do have to send goods to our warehouse in first, then we ship to consignee door (warehouse to door)
④:Air freight, courier express must send goods to our warehouse first then we fly the cargo to oversea consignee door (warehouse to door )
⑤:If purchase cargo from online shop Taobao, Alibaba, JD,pingduoduo, Dangdang, 1688 platform should comment our warehouse address to your account as default. what every freight method you finally choose, you also get very amazing experience from DJcargo

China shipper only recognize Chinese address info, if you send english address info to them, the unwise shippers in China would not know how to send goods to our warehouse, and the courier company also unable to recognize english address info.
4. Warehouse receive the goods
if send FCL container from our warehouse, send LCL cargo from our warehouse, and send air freight courier express through our warehouse, our standard procedure almost the same.
record cargo receiving, shipping mark, courier number, cubic meters, weight information should into tracking system
5. Cargo ready to ship
When a customer’s goods all received by our warehouse, we will make it to checklist and double confirm with customer before conduct a shipment
6. Arrange Freight - by sea freight, by air freight or other methods
7. Freight invoice and collect payment
After sending cargo out, we start collect freight from customers, will issue details invoice and put a payment methods, there are multiple payment method for choose, Alipay, WeChat pay, Hanseng remittance, China bank account remittance, oversea bank account remittance, Paynow, cheque and cash upon delivery
8. Cargo approach to destination fulfill delivery
①: If shipping goods by FCL container with CIF FOB terms, we just move the cargo to oversea port (not included customs and delivery)
②: If shipping goods by FCL container with DDU DDP terms, we carry out customs declaration and deliver to door service (both customs works and delivery)
③: Use CIF,FOB term for ship LCL cargo (not included customs works and delivery)
④: Use CIF, FOB terms for shipping LCL cargo included customs works and delivery
⑤: Airport to airport freight is not included customs declaration and delivery
⑥: Airport to consignee door is included customs declaration and delivery
⑦: International courier express and dedicated air flight line included customs declaration and delivery
